We may collect information to enable us to inform you from time to time, by e-mail or post, of new products and services available from www.eco-flow.co.uk (“the Site”). All information is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998.

Site Content and information
The Site contains information, advice, text, and other materials that are provided for your convenience and enjoyment. You should be aware that the information might contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information. If a product offered by Eco-flow is not as described, you may return it according to the Eco-flow Returns Policy. Eco-flow reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, remove or edit content in its sole discretion. Eco-flow reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspects of the Site at any time without prior notice.
Payment
Payment can be made using PayPal. We regret we cannot accept cheques.
If you are a Trade customer, we can send you a Pro Forma invoice. Please send an email FAO our Accounts Department.
Returns
If within 14 days of receipt of goods you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to:

Items must be returned in original packaging and unused for a full refund. Your refund will be processed within 14 days once received back as long as these conditions are met.
*Returns that are used will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
In the highly unlikely event you received faulty goods, they can be returned for replacement, but you must notify us immediately and follow the same returns method as above. If your product develops a fault within the first year with fair wear and tear, this cannot include the effects of hard water corrosion on our products, we will replace the item subject to the addition of a £3.99 post and packing charge.
Please use a reliable method of returning your item(s) that can be tracked and require signing for on receipt. You will be responsible for returning the item(s) to Eco-Flow at your own expense.
Please note any returns can only be accepted from the person, or company, who made the purchase.

Delivery
Delivery is to any single UK mainland address only. Please ensure that you give us the correct delivery address at the time of ordering your items, including the full Post Code as the company cannot be held responsible for any items not delivered to an incomplete or incorrect address.
Most items are dispatched to the customer within 1 working day of your order being received but in some exceptional circumstances it maybe longer.
When a product is not in stock or is on an extended delivery period we will email you to advise on an anticipated delivery date.
Please open all deliveries as soon as they arrive. All delivery dates are approximate. Non delivery of orders must be reported in writing within 28 days of original order placement.
Site policies, modification and severability
Eco-flow reserves the right to make changes to the Site and these Conditions of Use at any time. Each time you use the Site, you should visit and review the then current Conditions of Use that apply to your transactions and use. If you are dissatisfied with the Site, its content, or Conditions of Use, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site. If any of these Conditions of Use is deemed to be illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of the Conditions of Use shall be unaffected and shall continue to be fully valid, binding, and enforceable.
No unlawful or prohibited use
As a condition of using the Site, you agree that you will not use the Site, or any of the content obtained from the Site, for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law or prohibited by these Conditions of Use, or to solicit or encourage the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of Eco-flow, its affiliates or other individuals. Furthermore, you may not, without limitation, copy, reproduce, distribute (including mirroring, data-mining or data scraping), transmit, publicly display, upload, perform, publish, license, modify, translate, adapt, create derivative works from, transfer, sell or otherwise exploit the Site or any content, information, products or services obtained from the Site, for any commercial purpose or enterprise. Order policy & shipping
Pricing and promotions on www.eco-flow.co.uk may vary from time to time. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Eco-flow reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Eco-flow reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. All orders placed on this Site are subject to product availability.
Distributing user content
Eco-flow may allow users to the Site to post reviews and comments (“Content”) on products featured on the Site. By submitting such Content, you automatically agree and promise that all Content is accurate and original and that, without any particular time limit, and without the payment of any fees, Eco-flow and anyone Eco-flow permits may reproduce, display, distribute and create new works of authorship in any media, based on and including the Content. Additionally, you grant Eco-flow the right to use the name you submit in connection with such Content.
No endorsement of user content
Users to the Site are prohibited from posting through the Site any harmful, vulgar, obscene, profane, sexually explicit, abusive, threatening, privacy invading, libellous, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable or unlawful content of any kind, or that infringes or may infringe on the intellectual or other rights of another. You acknowledge that Eco-flow does not endorse or pre-screen content, but that Eco-flow and its designees will have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse, edit, move, or remove any content that is available via the Site. Applicable law and copyright
By using the Site, you agree that you will be subject to the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales that will govern the Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Eco-flow.
All screens appearing on the Site including graphics, text, design, buttons, logos, images, and icons, as well as the selection, assembly, and arrangement, are the sole property of Eco-flow or its suppliers and/or licensors, and are protected by English and international copyright laws. The content on the Site is only for the purpose of shopping on the Site or placing an order and for no other purpose. Any other use, including modification, reproduction, uploading, posting, transmission, or distribution in any form or by any means without Eco-flow’s prior written permission, is strictly prohibited. All software used on the Site is the sole property of Eco-flow or those supplying the software.
